LeBron James is a good player. Hell, he’s a great player, so one shoe isn’t quite enough. We know all about his his secondary signature shoes, such as the Soldier, as well as alternate styles of his primary shoe—think the LeBron 8 V/2 and PS versions. Well, add a couple of Nike Sportswear silhoeuttes to the list too, with the Air Force 1 and Air Max Conquer. The LeBron James x Nike Air Force 1, colored all in black with occasional red accents, features an almost winterized construction, with thick, durable leather on the upper and extra traction on the outsole (a la the Air Force 1 Duckboot). The LeBron James x Nike Air Max Conquer also has distinct boot detailing, but with good reason: it’s a boot. Also featuring a blacked out look with some red accenting, the Air Max Conquer goes for waterproof leather on the upper, atop a visible 180 Max Air unit. The tongue features the new LeBron NSW logo too, which we’ll see on an upcoming line of LeBron-themed clothing.#gallery-1 {margin: auto;}#gallery-1 .gallery-item {float: left;margin-top: 10px;text-align: center;width: 33%;}#gallery-1 img {border: 2px solid #cfcfcf;}#gallery-1 .gallery-caption {margin-left: 0;}/* see gallery_shortcode() in wp-includes/media.php */LeBron James x Nike Air Force 1 LowLeBron James x Nike Air Force 1 LowLeBron James x Nike Air Force 1 LowLeBron James x Nike Air Max ConquerLeBron James x Nike Air Max ConquerLeBron James x Nike Air Force 1 & Air Max Conquer
LeBron’s postseason shoe is on the way, with two colorways now on the launch calendar. First up will be the Nike LeBron X Elite Home release date, set for April 20.Matching up perfectly with the Heat’s home whites, the shoe sports a predominantly white upper set off by black speckling, carbon fiber and midsole, while a metallic gold Swoosh provides contrast to both colors. Being a Nike Plus-enabled edition of the shoe, retail is set for $280. (The standard LeBron X Elite is $260.)Nike LeBron X P.S. And another LeBron 11 iD design concept for you today — we dropped the 2010-inspired “Two-Time MVP” pair earlier — the latest one dropped by NIKEiD celebrating monumental events from different years in LeBron James’s career. Perhaps the best so far, this is the NIKEiD LeBron 11 South Beach. (The above image says “Miami,” but I feel like that would confuse folks and they’d expect a red-and-black shoe.)Inspired by LBJ’s 2011 move to Miami, the shoe sports a tropical mix of pink accents and an aqua (“atomic teal”) upper, with black and grey rounding out the palette. This colorway is now fully buildable with the options and colors currently available on NIKEiD.com, though of course feel free to make all the changes you’d like; the site offers customization for a reason.
