That chain of logic continues throughout, constantly pushing characters to attempt new challenges and opponents. If you can beat someone at table tennis, beat someone better. Eventually, why not lose the table and just beat Serena Williams in tennis? Good at basketball? Test your game against LeBron (who throws down a spectacular dunk near the end).Best of all, the ad links up with the Nike ecosystem, allowing Nike users to undertake a set of pre-determined challenges inspired by the film’s concept. The spot is directed by the acclaimed Nicolai Fuglsig. Addressing this new route of interactive advertising, Nike global chief marketing officer David Grasso says: With ‘Possibilities’ we’re taking ‘Just Do It’ to a whole new place, showing people a new way to set goals and think about their own athletic potential, then helping them to achieve those goals through products, services and inspiration.Previous story Air Jordan 5 FEAR Releases in Three DaysNext story Nike Air Tech Challenge Huarache Retro TOUR YELLOWRelated PostsThe Year in Nike Films | 10 Best Swoosh AdsDecember 30, 2014Watch: LeBron James Talks Signature ShoesDecember 2, 2014Watch: LeBron James ‘Together’ Ad Celebrates Cleveland UnityOctober 30, 2014Watch: Sprite Imagines “LeBron James’ First Home Game”October 28, 2014FacebookSearch NikeBlog.comRecent PostsNew Nike Football Cleat Types Bring Speed to Every PositionNike LeBron 12 “Akron” PE is StunningNike Free Flyknit Hot Lava | Latest Flyknit Model Finally DropsThe Statuesque Air Jordan 9 “Militia Green”Nike Air Max NM Red/Black | Hideo’s Heat Returns!Recent PostsNew Nike Football Cleat Types Bring Speed to Every PositionNike LeBron 12 “Akron” PE is StunningNike Free Flyknit Hot Lava | Latest Flyknit Model Finally DropsThe Statuesque Air Jordan 9 “Militia Green”Nike Air Max NM Red/Black | Hideo’s Heat Returns!MIssionTo provide the most up to date news, images, and opinions on today's top sneaker company.FIND ARTICLESHomeAboutAdvertise on NBContactPrivacyTwitterFacebookRSSNikeBlog.com is not affiliated with the Nike, Inc. brand in any way, shape, or form. The Nike Air Max LeBron VII “Red Carpet” (that nickname man, why?) is now available at House of Hoops in LA, New York and Chicago and the 34th St. Foot Locker in NYC. Very limited numbers, so I wouldn’t expect these to last. With a woven overlay covering the flywire, this white/black-glass blue-chilling red colorway may be the best Air Max LeBron VII to date. Check out many more pictures and the remarkably incomplete explanation as to why it’s called the “red carpet” here.
