The Nike LeBron X Championship Pack release date is finally confirmed, thanks to Nike PR director Heidi Burgett.The special edition, extremely limited pack — which includes “Champion”-branded LeBron X PS Elite and LeBron X Low, and two Miami-styled LeBron hats — will hit North American retailers on August 10.We don’t have a price yet for the pack, but . . . it won’t come cheap. Pictures for these leaked awhile ago, but I was holding off for a bit more information. Now we’ve got it. This is LeBron’s newest shoe, the Nike Zoom Soldier 3. Set for release in April, the shoe is supposedly LBJ’s lightest yet and combines elements from a couple of his previous kicks, most notably the Zoom LeBron 3. With the dual straps and Zoom Air, this is definitely a basketball shoe through and through, but one definitely has to appreciate the use of patent leather to appeal to the sneakerheads. The Nike KD7 was officially unveiled yesterday, an innovative amalgam of a basketball shoe that plays to Kevin Durant’s strengths in the post as well as his point guard-like quickness. So now the wait is on: When will the Nike LeBron 12 get its official unveiling?Whenever it does, the acclaim is sure to follow soon after.
